Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use
1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the orders, subscriptions, and use of the website operated by Design and Luxury Timepieces SA ("DLT SA").
2. Scope of application
These T&Cs apply to all sales and services provided by DLT SA to private individual customers worldwide. Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.
3. Orders & subscription
Orders are made via an application form and require an upfront deposit. Upon confirmation and receipt of the deposit, a binding contract is formed. DLT SA reserves the right to cancel a reservation if the deposit is not received within the agreed timeframe.
4. Price & payment
Prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF), excluding VAT. VAT may be applied depending on the destination country and is included in the final invoice. Payment is accepted only via wire transfer. No credit card payments are accepted.
5.Manufacturing & lead times
All watches are crafted by hand with artisanal methods. Estimatedtimelines are communicated at the time of order. Delays may occur and shall notentitle the client to any form of compensation. DLT SA will inform clients ofany changes.
6. Delivery & risk transfer
Watches are shipped to the address provided by the customer via a professional logistics provider. Customers are responsible for customs duties, local VAT, and any import charges. Risk transfers to the customer upon handover to the carrier.
7. Cancellation & withdrawal
Due to the custom-made nature of the products, no right of withdrawal isgranted. If a customer cancels their order, the deposit may be retained tocover incurred costs and loss of opportunity.
8. Warranty
DLT SA watches come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Any unauthorised modifications void the warranty.
9. Liability
DLT SA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is strictly limited to the price paid for the product.
10. Data protection
Customer data is handled with strict confidentiality in accordance with ourPrivacy Policy. Data will not be sold to third parties.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this website (text, images, logo) is protected by copyright andmay not be used or reproduced without prior written permission.
12. Cookies & website use
By using our website, users accept the use of cookies. Users agree not to interfere with the operation or security of the site.
13. Modifications
DLT SA reserves the right to update these T&Cs at any time. The applicable version is the one in effect at the time of the order.
14. Governing law & jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lausanne, Switzerland.
